A Day in the LifeThe Pricing and Contracting function supports the development, execution, and performance of go-to-market pricing and contracting strategies that help achieve business objectives. The team partners with sales leadership, legal, offer development, project teams, and downstream operations to provide analytic, contracting, and business expertise across the full contract lifecycle. This work includes shaping pricing strategy, supporting contract implementation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, reducing risk, and improving visibility to contract performance to support strong commercial outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will support or lead pricing and contracting activities for assigned therapies or customer accounts across the U.S., helping turn commercial priorities into actions that support growth, margin, and long-term customer value. The position focuses on assessing customer opportunities, shaping bid and quotation strategies, guiding renewals and price actions, and monitoring contract performance against commitments. Success in the role requires strong judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to work across a matrixed organization to support customer decisions and improve business outcomes.

  • Develop pricing strategies for standard and custom products by partnering with sales, legal, pricing, and marketing teams and applying market, customer, and competitive insights.
  • Lead quotation, bid, and RFP activity, ensuring pricing recommendations align with business objectives, contracting standards, and market conditions.
  • Own strategic contracting for assigned therapies and customer accounts across the U.S., including price analysis, contract drafting, execution, and business reviews.
  • Partner with field sales, customers, and internal stakeholders to align strategic initiatives to growth and margin priorities and support effective contract execution.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of negotiated contracts from strategy through implementation, renewal, and expiration, including price increases and performance tracking.
  • Monitor contract performance against commitments and provide recommendations to improve execution, financial outcomes, and long-term account value.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and contracting standards while maintaining a broad business perspective across decisions and projects.

Required Qualifications

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing equivalent experience, OR Associate's Degree with 1+ year(s) experience, OR Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to business decisions.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, charts, pivot tables, lookups, and other reporting functions.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, sales, marketing, purchasing, or another regulated industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.

The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
