POSITION SUMMARY:

Provident Bank is seeking a Treasury Management - Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of treasury management products and services. This role is responsible for ensuring our offerings remain competitive, profitable, compliant, and aligned with the evolving needs of our commercial clients.

The Product Manager partners closely with Sales, Operations, Technology, and vendor partners to drive innovation, enhance client experience, and support growth across the Commercial Bank.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for treasury management services
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop business cases for new products and enhancements

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

  • Lead endtoend product development, including design, testing, and implementation
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Monitor product performance and implement enhancements throughout the product lifecycle

Pricing & Financial Analysis

  • Support development of pricing strategies and profitability analysis
  • Ensure accurate capture of service charges and perform periodic competitive reviews

ย 

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Support complex client implementations and act as a subjectmatter expert

ย 

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Stay current on regulatory requirements impacting treasury management products
  • Identify and resolve processing issues and control enhancements

ย 

Training & Communication

  • Support training for new products and refreshers for existing offerings
  • Draft and deliver internal product communications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field required, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury Management or Commercial Banking Product Management
  • Strong understanding of treasury services, digital banking platforms, and industry regulations
  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional initiatives and manage vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

Pay Details:

$77,000 - $110,000/annually

Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.ย 

This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
