Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clientsโ€™ mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic assessment tools and therapeutic interviews.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and strategies, regularly evaluating client progress towards these goals.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
  • Assist clients in building effective coping strategies and life skills, tailored to their unique experiences and goals.
  • Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring all information is documented accurately and timely.
