Position Overview

Join Couples Compass Counseling as a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional mental health care to individuals facing lifeโ€™s challenges. The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your experience and credentials.

  • Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques designed to promote personal growth and enhance emotional well-being.
  • Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and maintain regular tracking of their progress to ensure accountability and continual improvement.
  • Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who may have difficulties with mobility or prefer virtual sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent documentation to uphold the ethical standards of practice while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to refine clinical skills and stay informed about recent advancements in therapy methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Couples Compass Counseling, you'll work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications
  • An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
