Compensation for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

  • Salary - starting at $76,000-$100,000 per year
  • Unlimited earning potential
  • $80/hour for any hours billed over monthly billing requirement

Education, Experience & Other Requirements of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); Students who have completed coursework and supervision for BCBA are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or BCBA with a goal of obtaining LBA in Virginia
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years licensed driving history and good driving record

Preferred:

  • 1 year supervisory experience
