  • Offer teletherapy services, ensuring effective communication and support for clients who have difficulties accessing traditional therapy settings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to uphold ethical and legal standards in therapeutic practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge while staying updated on the latest best practices and trends in marriage and family therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a variety of challenges related to personal relationships, family dynamics, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Our center serves individuals from different cultural backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses, creating a rich environment that leverages varied perspectives to shape effective treatment strategies.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field is required.
  • A current, valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State, or eligibility for such licensure.
  • Demonstrated experience working successfully with culturally diverse populations and understanding of multicultural dynamics in counseling.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience with teletherapy platforms and methods is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices in therapy, particularly those effective for couples and families.
  • Experience in community outreach or program development related to mental health services is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, the following benefits are offered:

  • Generous paid time off policy.
  • Seven paid holidays each year.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  • Opportunity for continued education and professional growth.
