We are conducting interviews for New Protege Agent candidates in the Sacramento, Yolo and Placer County Areas. New Protege Candidates will receive outstanding training, a generous financial package, and ownership of their own agency in a short period of time. No experience is necessary to start with Farmers Insurance. Farmers has several New Agent Programs that are more lucrative now than ever before. Even if you’ve previously considered Farmers, our New Agent Programs have changed and are better than ever. Eligible candidates may purchase turn-key agencies or be selected for an opportunity-at no cost, to acquire an existing or vacant agency with full commissions paid. Highly qualified candidates may be eligible to join Farmers Retail Agent Program which boasts up to a 360% commission bonus on top of our industry leading commission structure beginning day one. In addition to a generous commission-based bonus, Retail Agent candidates may be eligible to receive up to $7,500 in 1st year sign-on bonuses plus $6000 for branding and office development. Many of our agency-owners achieve the following incomes for their first 3 years of operations.
