Description
This hourly position will provide in-home, recreational, and habilitative services to individuals residing with their families or independently in the community. Hours of work will vary, depending on the needs of the service recipients. This position will be responsible to implement outcomes, follow the policies and procedures of Prospectus Berco, and cooperating with the specific requirements of each service recipient and/or their representative. This position will, at all times, demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and compassion while fulfilling the mission of Prospectus Berco.
Requirements
1. High School education and a demonstrated ability to support adults with special needs in a community setting.
3. PA Driver's license.
4. Experience implementing outcomes and experience with documentation.
