Job description

  • Develop and execute the communications plan, coaching plan, resistance management plan, sponsor road map, and training plan supporting internal and external adoption of all operational efficiencies from FY25 and FY26.
  • Plan roadmaps and Integrated Master Schedule inputs for delivery of communication, training, and change management activities across multiple projects.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact analyses, and implementation planning for organizational change activities.
  • Create change management messaging materials, presentations, artifacts, and content, and deliver messaging, presentations, and training to VFMP audiences.
  • Develop a Change Management Plan for Appeals directorate initiatives, including impacted stakeholders, messaging of changes to processes, staff, and technology, and ongoing monitoring and measurement of change management effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience leading organizational change management
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Prosci certification
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing complete change management packages (communications, coaching, resistance management, sponsor road map, and training plans)
  • Experience conducting stakeholder analyses, impact analyses, and implementation planning, preferably including application of change management in a union environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
