What is a Sr Capture Manager?

Sr Capture Managers are senior-level professionals responsible for leading and managing the process of capturing new business opportunities, primarily in government contracting or large enterprise sales. They develop capture strategies, coordinate proposal efforts, identify potential risks, and work closely with business development and proposal teams to secure contracts.
