Work Location: On-site position at one of the firm's office locations: Newark, NJ (Headquarters Office) ; New York City, NY; Rocky Hill, CT ; Philadelphia, PA ; Mount Laurel, NJ

Technical Responsibilities:
- Preparing and analyzing of RFP documents
- Create designs and use graphics for A/E/C marketing documents
- Make effective proposal presentation
- Work with Project Managers to strategize and execute requests for proposals and qualifications.
- Work with the team on interview preparation process.
- Be responsive to requests, promptly coordinate assignments and understand the market types/projects.
- Review, research, and strategize components and experienced with SF 254, SF 255, SF 330, and other forms.
- Coordinate proposal schedules and action plans as part of the proposals process.
- Develop proposal structure and creative content to meet requirements
- Utilize proposal management tools.
- Ensure proposals follow all RFP criteria and requirements.
- Coordinate graphics and images to help illustrate the proposal message.
- Develop, write, and maintain marketing information systems and records.
Requirements
Certifications /Professional Experience Required:
- 3-6+ months experience in similar field is required
- BA or BS degree in technical writing, English, marketing, communications, or similar field is preferred
- Experience with Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat) preferred
General Qualities:
- Has excellent Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to navigate through company internet-based systems.
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experienced in graphic designing software's
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods (often 6-8 hours a day).
- Maintaining posture while working at a computer.
- Short periods of standing or walking within the office (to printers, meeting rooms, etc.).
