Purpose of the Job

We're looking for a strategic Proposal Manager to join our commercial team and help shape the future of how we communicate our value to the world's leading pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by crafting compelling, insight-led responses to RFPs and proactive proposals that demonstrate Doceree's unique strengths and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end development of strategic, insight-driven, and highly customized proposals and $MM HCP media plans that align with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Own the RFP response process - from understanding client objectives to collaborating with internal teams to deliver persuasive, tailored, and visually engaging submissions.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop results-oriented, data-backed proposals that address client challenges and highlight Doceree's differentiated solutions.
  • Translate complex client briefs into clear, impactful narratives and actionable media recommendations across channels and platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with AdOps, Platform, Product, and Strategy teams to ensure proposals are accurate, executable, and aligned with platform capabilities.
  • Develop strategic storytelling within proposals, combining data, creativity, and compliance to articulate a clear value proposition.
  • Maintain and continuously improve proposal content libraries, templates, and best practices to streamline future RFP responses.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and innovations in HCP engagement, pharma marketing, and programmatic media to enhance proposal quality and thought leadership.
Qualifications - Experience, Skills & Education
  • 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP management, or digital media planning/strategy, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
  • Proven experience managing RFPs, and proactive proposals from brief to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic media, HCP engagement, audience segmentation, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills - able to craft clear, persuasive, and visually appealing narratives.
  • Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly across teams and time zones.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in media planning tools, presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Keynote), and CRM or proposal management software.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional writing and communication skills, able to craft compelling, client-focused proposals.
