Your Impact

Support the development of responses to opportunities. This position analyzes solicitation requirements, develops proposal content using company-approved tools, supports recruiting and staffing activities, and assists with proposal production from opportunity receipt through submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review federal solicitations, task orders, RFQs, RFPs, and amendments. 

  • Analyze solicitation requirements and assist with compliance matrices and proposal schedules. 

  • Develop proposal content using company-approved AI tools and internal proposal resources. 

  • Research solicitation requirements and gather information from subject matter experts. 

  • Edit and proofread proposal responses for quality, consistency, and compliance. 

  • Support recruiting efforts by developing job postings, screening candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating proposal staffing documentation. 

  • Assist with preparation of resumes, letters of commitment, staffing matrices, and other proposal documents. 

  • Track proposal actions, staffing requirements, and submission deadlines. 

  • Maintain proposal files, templates, resumes, and content libraries. 

  • Perform other proposal, recruiting, and business development duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

  • Associate''s degree preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted. 

  • Two (2) years of professional experience in recruiting, proposal support, technical writing, contract administration, project coordination, business operations, human resources, or a related field. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). 

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal contracts or proposal efforts. 

  • Experience recruiting or screening candidates. 

  • Experience preparing professional business documents. 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
