Manage the filing of Property tax returns and renditions, approval and payment of tax bills, and preparation of property tax accruals. -Generate savings through the identification of pollution control equipment, non-taxable assets, and idle/obsolete equipment. -Negotiate property tax abatements and incentives with the State Government Office.-Negotiate property tax assessment reductions.--Consult with the Outside CPA firm and other third parties.--Special projects and various other duties.
