Requirements
What You'll Do: As a Property Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vacation rental properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and guest satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Travel between properties within your assigned territory Inspecting properties for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and overall readiness.
  • Performing minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and troubleshooting small maintenance issues.
  • Reporting major maintenance concerns and coordinating with the appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
  • Ensuring inventory is stocked and all appliances are in working order before guest arrivals.
  • Occasionally, assist with the preparation of amenity bags and linen bags for the weekly cleaning services.
  • Managing property staging to create a welcoming and visually appealing environment.
  • Delivering requested items to guests to enhance their stay and provide exceptional service.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspection findings, maintenance requests, and inventory levels.
  • Working closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth property turnover.

What We're Looking For: We are seeking a proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic and keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate has:
  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Basic maintenance knowledge and the ability to perform small repairs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Employee must have a Mobile device with data plan that allows them to be access the internet during inspections.
  • Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • The ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
