Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork within the division and company.
  • Self-managing and time management skills.
  • Ensure pictures, item inventory, and supplies list are obtained.
  • Job schedule management and coordination. Collaborating with the Contents Coordinator.
  • Deliver thorough, proactive & direct communication with internal staff, customers, and insurance adjusters.
  • Meet homeowners and adjusters on-site to assist in issue resolution and provide a professional opinion.
  • Ensure proper moving to prevent damages to any personal property or the job site.
  • Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in an effective and timely manner.
  • Maintain clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks.
  • Manage projects and existing crew.
  • Supervise pack-outs/pack-backs and inventory/evaluation of items.
  • Warehouse organization.
  • This position may assist on demo jobs, if needed.
  • This position will require lifting.

  • Have the ability to work overtime, if needed
  • Desire to continually learn new things
