Job Opportunity

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable, physically capable, and customer-focused Moving Expert / Professional Mover to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently packing, loading, transporting, and unloading customers' belongings with care and professionalism. You'll be the face of our company, delivering high-quality service that turns stressful moving days into smooth experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload furniture, boxes, and specialty items from trucks with care and precision
  • Pad, wrap, disassemble, and reassemble furniture as needed to prevent damage
  • Pack and unpack items efficiently and securely for residential or commercial moves
  • Communicate with customers professionally, providing excellent customer service
  • Navigate job sites, homes, elevators, and tight spaces while protecting property
  • Follow company safety procedures and assist with inspections of equipment and vehicles
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck and moving materials
  • Assist drivers and team leads with route planning and move logistics as needed

Preferred Traits:

  • Experience with disassembling/assembling furniture
  • Knowledge of proper lifting and loading techniques
  • Familiarity with local routes and areas

Work Environment:

This role is physically demanding and fast-paced. You will work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, and interact directly with customers at homes, offices, or job sites.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in moving, general labor, or warehouse work (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work long hours in physically demanding conditions
  • Strong work ethic and a team-player mindset
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and handle pressure professionally
  • Reliable transportation to and from dispatch site

Compensation & Benefits:
