We are looking for Moving Crew Supervisors and Drivers that want to join a moving company that goes above and beyond in all ways! As a Supervisor, you will lead the crews ensuring each team is maintaining on-site operations and ensure job completion according to estimate scope, safety standards, and customer satisfaction. Also, Supervisors are responsible for driving the truck to the moving locations.

Requirements
  • Must have at least a year of experience in professional moving
  • Must have experience driving box trucks.

What you'll do
  • Manage crew assignments, workflow, and pace throughout the move.
  • Physical Labor - moving with crews, taking the lead on difficult/heavy items.
  • Verify inventory accuracy and note ant changes for billing adjustments.
  • Communicate directly with the customer on-site.
  • Document job progress in real-time via company software.
  • Responsible for driving box trucks, and maintaining trucks and safety procedures.

Expectations:
  • Serve as the primary on-site leader and communication point between the crew, customer and dispatch.
  • Resolve on-site challenges promptly and escalate as needed to the Operations Manager.
  • Verify all paperwork and signatures are completed before departure.
  • Ensure property protection, time management, and professionalism at all times.
