Position Summary
SVN Cornerstone Management is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties throughout Eastern Washington and North Idaho. This position is focused exclusively on commercial real estate and includes office, industrial, retail, mixed use, and other commercial property types.
The Property Manager serves as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and vendors, ensuring properties are well maintained and professionally managed. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively, and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Primary Responsibilities
Property Operations
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned commercial property portfolio.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance or operational needs.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships, obtain project bids, and oversee contractor performance.
  • Ensure properties are maintained in accordance with owner expectations and company standards.
  • Respond to property issues and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve property operations and client service.

Client & Lease Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for property owners and tenants.
  • Respond promptly to tenant requests and resolve issues professionally.
  • Build strong relationships through consistent communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
  • Maintain lease files, lease abstracts, insurance records, and other property documentation.
  • Track lease expirations, critical dates, and property compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate property information within company systems and collaborate with the accounting team to support owner reporting and financial processes.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of commercial property management experience preferred.
  • Experience managing office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, or similar commercial properties strongly preferred.
  • Washington Real Estate License preferred or ability to obtain.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with property management software; Yardi experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of commercial property accounting principles, including familiarity with operating budgets, owner reporting, and CAM reconciliations, is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits
