We are seeking a Property Supervisor who shares that commitment and is ready to lead.

Position Summary

Peak Asset Management is seeking an experienced, organized, and highly motivated Property Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned residential and commercial properties.
  • Coordinate leasing activity, move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident retention efforts.

  • Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance or operational concerns.
  • Respond professionally to tenant and owner inquiries.
  • Coordinate vendors and ensure quality performance of contracted services.
  • Monitor delinquency reports and assist with collections and notices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and applicable landlord-tenant laws.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, and operational reporting.
  • Support capital improvement projects as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within AppFolio.
  • Lead and mentor onsite staff while promoting accountability and teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience

• Experience managing both residential and commercial properties preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

• Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office — Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams

• Experience with AppFolio or comparable property management software

• Experience with electronic work order systems

• Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate property records

Who You Are

• Self-motivated and solution-oriented — you find a way forward, not an excuse

• Calm under pressure with strong decision-making and problem-solving instincts

• Highly organized with exceptional time management and follow-through

• Able to work independently while staying closely aligned with the management team

• Genuinely committed to delivering exceptional service and protecting client investments
