Job description

PropertyWorx LLC is currently looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager / Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Previous property management experience and customer service is a plus.

The Assistant Property Manager / Administrator has a crucial role in supporting our property management team and homeowners, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities

Job responsibilities

· Serves as a primary contact for homeowner inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly

· Answering telephones professionally

· Responding to emails and handling correspondence

· Timely response to Property Managers, Board Members and Unit owner inquiries

· Preparing resale packages and mortgage questionnaires

· Coordination and distribution of monthly Board of Directors Financial reports

· Coordination and assimilation of Annual meeting packages and Special meetings, as needed.

Qualifications/Skills

· Prior property management or real estate background preferred

· Experience with and knowledge of property management software

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with unit owners, Board members and Property managers

· Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
