Job description

Title: Property Manager Assistant
Reports to: Property Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
Location: New Haven, CT
Deadline: Open until filled
Description
Join a team that cares for and maintains buildings and properties within a diverse and growing collection of residences, businesses, and establishments. This full time position ranges from light building repairs, exterior cleaning, limited landscaping tasks, and coordination and meeting with contractors for larger projects. The candidate must be able to pass a background check. They will work with and take direction from the property manager to help execute tasks needed throughout the various locations. The candidate will need reliable transportation to move between properties in North Haven and New Haven. There is reimbursement for milage traveled as well as parking. Strong organizational skills are a must. Carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge is helpful but not required. The candidate must be motivated to work within a team as well as independently, as the work changes on a daily basis.
