Description

The primary purpose of the Air Conditioning Technician is to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and install HVAC equipment, perform service projects and small jobs from beginning to completion and ensure customer satisfaction. 

Principal Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
  • Installation and commissioning of a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
  • Perform maintenance of HVAC equipment.
  • Build and sustain customer relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
  • Maintain and protect the company image and culture.
  • Assist Operations Manager in maintaining inventory and tool procurement and individual service vehicle.
  • Adhere to all company vehicle rules and regulations, ensuring safety of personnel, company property and customer relations.
  • Participate in company-provided training to assure individual growth while keeping MCC Services among the -leaders in our field's technological advances.
  • Assist in the development, training, and tutelage of other MCC Service field personnel.
  • Promote and perform all aspects of MCC Services Safety policies and procedures.
  • Interact with customers.
  • Record data in mobile devices.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in the service of HVAC systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, mechanical and diagnostic skills.
  • Must have favorable driving record, pass drug screen and be eligible to work in country.
