**Your Role:**
As the Property Manager, you'll be responsible and accountable for the on-site operations and performance of the properties. You'll direct property operations, manage budgets, maintain occupancy levels, and lead a dedicated team to ensure excellence in community living.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and direct property operations and staff efficiently.
