Job description

Qualifications:Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses of complex HR operations and manpower programs through statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics;
  • Experience using modern programming languages, structured query languages (SQL), integrated development environments, and notebook-style coding platforms to extract and analyze data;
  • Experience utilizing AI/ML (Machine Learning) technologies and Agile project management principles to process data; developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using business intelligence platforms (such as Tableau or Power BI).
