Job description

BMOC Inc. is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our residential communities in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a professional team that values well-maintained properties and a positive resident experience.
You will work closely with our property management team to ensure our buildings remain safe, functional, and well cared for.
Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week.
What You'll Do
  • Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform common repairs including plumbing fixes, faucet replacements, minor appliance troubleshooting, and similar tasks
  • Complete minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting touch-ups, and small replacements within units and common areas
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the property, including common areas and exterior upkeep
  • Replace fixtures and small parts as needed throughout the property
  • Assist with furniture movement or replacements when necessary
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

What We're Looking For
  • Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor plumbing, appliance, and general repairs
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $20-$24/hour, based on experience and demonstrated capability
