Job description

About ChapsVision
We are building the world's leading Enterprise Agentic AI platform that empowers companies to deploy intelligent search, AI assistants, and AI agents grounded in trusted internal knowledge. We deliver on our vision: A modern workplace where people use natural language queries to securely search, generate accurate answers, and build and deploy agents, regardless of the underlying data silos or applications.
We partner with some of the largest organizations in the world to change the way they use information and deploy secure and trusted agentic AI at scale.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hybrid technical and client-facing role responsible for architecting, customizing, and deploying Sinequa's enterprise AI search platform in complex customer environments.
Depending on your experience, you will either serve as a key contributor or a senior technical lead on strategic implementations-designing solutions, guiding clients through the integration process, and contributing to long-term success.
(Working hours for this role are aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST))
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Implementation
• Design, deploy, and customize secure, scalable search solutions tailored to client requirements
• Build and configure data ingestion pipelines, APIs, and backend integrations
• Implement AI-powered assistants, RAG workflows, and prompt engineering strategies
• Customize and extend the search platform UX and UI based on customer needs
Client Engagement & Enablement
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during all phases of the implementation lifecycle
• Present technical solutions to executive and stakeholder audiences
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives with client teams
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enablement
Collaboration & Leadership
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to ensure high-impact delivery
• As a senior-level candidate, mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal technical best practices
• Participate in roadmap planning and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or customer-facing engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, or similar)
• 1+ year of frontend experience using Angular, TypeScript, or React
• Experience with REST APIs, backend integration, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, identity/security protocols, and Microsoft environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
Bonus Points
• Experience implementing enterprise search platforms
• Familiarity with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or RAG
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, or knowledge graphs
• Experience in regulated industries or with data governance/compliance frameworks
Why Join ChapsVision?
• Be part of a small, dynamic team growing the North American market for ChapsVision
• Work on an AI-native search platform with enterprise impact
• Fast-growing, innovative work environment with strong career growth opportunities
• Competitive salary structure with high earning potential
• Generous PTO, health benefits from day one, 401(k) with employer match, wellness and commuter benefits, and more!
