Team Overview

Our Research & Development (R&D) team is the technical talent at the heart of our product suite, overseeing the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery. From engineering to quality assurance to data science, the R&D team ensures our customers seamlessly use our products and can depend on their consistency.


We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions, including agentic workflows, RAG applications, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. This role combines hands‑on engineering, technical leadership, and rapid delivery to help scale AI capabilities across the organization.


Responsibilities

Building & Shipping AI Products and Systems



  • Design and deploy agentic AI workflows and Products for customers

  • Build production‑grade systems such as:Multi‑agent workflows, Agentic Data workflow, RAG‑based applications, Document intelligence and summarization pipelines and Workflow and process automation solutions

  • Use modern AI tools and frameworks including:Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, NotebookLM andStrands, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex (or equivalents)

  • Rapidly prototype, validate, and deploy solutions in weeks, not months


Owning End‑to‑End Delivery



  • Translate business problems into working AI systems

  • Design lightweight architectures and iterate quickly

  • Develop and implement: Prompt engineering strategies,Orchestration logic, API integrations and data pipelines, Testing, validation, and monitoring frameworks

  • Partner directly with stakeholders to refine outputs and drive adoption


Driving High‑Velocity Execution



  • Deliver continuous output with weekly or bi‑weekly releases

  • Operate with minimal process and high accountability in a fast‑paced environment


Contributing to Scalable AI Foundations



  • Build and maintain reusable AI assets, including prompt templates, agent design patterns, and integration utilities.

  • Contribute to lightweight standards and best practices for prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation and testing, and AI governance and responsible use.


Technical Leadership & Mentorship



  • Provide technical guidance to a small team of AI engineers and automation specialists.

  • Lead by example through hands‑on technical contributions.

  • Support the evolution and scaling of the AI engineering function.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field

  • 6–10+ years of software engineering experience with recent hands‑on work in AI/LLM systems

  • Proven experience building and deploying:

  • LLM‑powered applications

  • Agentic workflows

  • Automation solutions in production environments

  • Deployment experience in Cloud -AWS, Azure

  • Strong hands‑on experience with tools such as:

  • Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, NotebookLM (or similar AI‑assisted development tools)

  • LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks


Desired Experience with:



  • Software deployment

  • Data Engineeering

  • RAG architectures and vector databases

  • Workflow automation tools and enterprise integrations

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $92,800 - $170,300 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
