As a Lead Engineer within the R&D organization, you will lead the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge systems and technologies for DER and power distribution applications. Your role will focus on shaping technological roadmaps for required systems, characterizing and benchmarking technologies and components, ensuring they meet size, efficiency, performance, cost, and specification requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a technology roadmap for energy, power distribution, and power conversion solutions targeting various markets. By acting as a company-wide subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role in influencing the future of technology and product development within the organization.
