Are you passionate about leveraging Microsoft's latest AI technologies to change how organizations work? We're looking for a Microsoft Copilot & AI Solutions Engineer to help lead the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI solutions across a large-scale organization.

This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of Microsoft's AI ecosystem, partnering with business and technology leaders to implement intelligent automation, build AI-powered solutions, and drive enterprise-wide adoption of next-generation productivity tools.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
  • Design, build, and customize AI agents to improve business productivity and employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-powered automation and workflow improvements.
  • Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
  • Support enterprise adoption of Microsoft AI technologies through user enablement, best practices, and governance.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage and data governance.
  • Integrate Microsoft AI capabilities with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications.
  • Assist in evolving the organization's Microsoft collaboration platform while helping shape the future AI roadmap.
