Machine Operator - Entry Level Manufacturing

MPI Engineered Technologies | Deerfield, WI

Starting Pay: $17.00 per Hour + Shift Premiums + Outstanding Benefits

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for supporting daily production operations by:

  • Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
  • Loading and unloading materials and finished parts
  • Performing visual quality inspections
  • Following work instructions and production schedules
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Reporting equipment or quality concerns to your supervisor
  • Working with your team to meet daily production goals
What We Offer
  • Competitive starting wage of $17.00 per hour
  • $1.10/hour shift premium for second shift
  • $1.65/hour overtime shift premium
  • Full-time Monday-Friday schedule
    • First Shift: 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
    • Second Shift: 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation available upon hire

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Good hand coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to identify colors accurately
  • Vision correctable to 20/20 with good depth perception
  • Ability to safely work at heights up to 35 feet when necessary
