MGA Research is an engineering services company with over 40 years of experience providing testing services and test equipment for global customers. Our facility in Burlington, Wisconsin specializes in automotive and lab testing including full vehicle crash testing. Customers include major automotive and aerospace companies along with their suppliers to bolster safety and innovation within these industries.

Our staff gains significant career growth through our hands-on learning environment, team-based culture, and innovative opportunities found within our jobs. We are currently seeking career-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as full-time Entry Level Test Technicians. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Work with engineers and customers in a “hands on” environment to conduct tests from setup, gather measurements and data, configuring tests, and reporting 

  • Document tests digitally by capturing clear photos and high-speed video footage 

  • Install instrumentation, test gear, and assorted components aligning with engineering specifications 

  • Communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and global customers 

Requirements & Skills: 

  • Experience using hand tools 

  • Experience with general computer operation and ability to learn new software 

  • Keen attention to detail, coupled with a strong ability to identify errors 

  • Quality and safety mindset with the ability to self-start 

  • Strong desire to work in an advanced technical field and develop your career 

  • Authorized to work in the United States 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record 

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours

  • Familiarity with general automotive parts and components is a plus
