SnugZ also carries popular retail brands such as Delsey Paris, Nomatic, Zapped Headwear, Perry Ellis, Penguin, Callaway, Thermos, Puffin, Lion Energy, Springland Pet, Totally Bamboo, Draft Top, Zip Sip, Hype Slides, and Oakley. Purpose and Scope of Position:

SnugZ USA is seeking a dynamic salesperson to work in a fast paced, growing, and fun environment. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, hardworking, persistent, and dependable to join our growing team in the Promotional Products Industry.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a regional territory by building and managing relationships, growing our customer base both organically within existing accounts and by identifying potential customers. The ideal candidate for this position will have

established sales and/or marketing experience and a commitment to delivering the highest level of professional dedication and performance. This position requires an individual who is a highly motivated self-starter with impeccable organization skills.

They take ownership of every project from quote through resolution, communicate proactively, remain calm under pressure, and build lasting relationships through responsiveness, reliability, and follow-through. They enjoy working as part of a highly collaborative team and understand that delivering a magical customer experience requires partnership across Sales, Customer Experience, Production, Purchasing, and other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service distributors with quick responsiveness delivering quotes, ideas, solutions, resolutions, customer service with a relationship driven mindset.
  • Develop action plans to set and help achieve territory goals.
  • Manage quoting projects and proactive ideation.
  • Manage High Quantity orders.
  • Manage and analyze reports and data to pinpoint gaps in growth.
  • Work with the Inside Sales manager and VP of Sales to create, measure, and execute sales strategy.
  • Partner with Account Specialist in assigned region to maximize territory coverage and revenue potential on all assigned accounts.
  • Give formal presentations to inform accounts of SnugZ USA products, decoration capabilities, marketing programs and business solutions with a focus on sales.
  • Navigate, qualify & research B2B partnerships; engage via email/phone/social media/virtual office visits.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by aligning outside sales team to achieve organizational sales goals.
  • Achieve expected volume of proactive customer calls while managing inbound requests.
  • Practice knowledge of consultative selling approach.
  • Develop creative presentations, programs, specials, and flyers for new opportunities.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and assignments through to completion.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to include idea generation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing.

Language Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
  • Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence and the ability to speak in English effectively before team members.

Education and Training Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree – Sales, Marketing, Communications or Business preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Be able to sit or stand for 8 hours.
