Guest Services Representative - Front Desk Attendant

Fairfield by Marriott in Midvale, UT is looking to hire a part-time Guest Services Representative - Front Desk Attendant. Are you outgoing and energetic? A Day in the Life of a Guest Services Representative - Front Desk Attendant

As a Guest Services Representative - Front Desk Attendant, you are the face of hospitality! You man the front desk and greet each guest enthusiastically. Using your terrific communication skills, you speak with guests over the phone to make or adjust reservations. In the morning, you chat with people as they're checking out or coming down for breakfast. In the evenings you love to welcome guests as they're checking in. Always meticulous, you run reports to make sure that all billing is accurate. Meeting new people and helping them have the best experience possible fills you with great satisfaction!

Qualifications for a Guest Services Representative - Front Desk Attendant

  • Flexible and able to work some weekends

Work Schedule
