About the Role

As a Promotions Representative, you'll help bring casino promotions and special events to life. You'll support event setup, execution, and guest engagement-ensuring every activation runs smoothly and delivers a fun, high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute on-site promotions, events, and marketing activations
  • Assist guests with participation, questions, and prize redemption
  • Set up and break down event areas (signage, decor, materials, equipment)
  • Transport and organize promotional supplies and equipment
  • Maintain accurate and organized prize inventory
  • Support event logistics to ensure timelines and standards are met
  • Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of guest service experience (gaming or hospitality preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Willingness to learn marketing and promotional operations
Licenses & Requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
