Quill, a Staples brand, is hiring an Inside Sales Site Developer to join our high-energy, results-driven sales team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in reactivating dormant customers, engaging new locations within enterprise accounts, and driving revenue growth across a broad B2B customer base. What you’ll be doing:

  • Make daily outbound calls to customers who have not placed an order in 7+ months to drive reactivation
  • Prospect and engage new locations affiliated with large managed customer accounts
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and ensure timely, solution-oriented support
  • Negotiate pricing and develop customized quotes based on customer needs
  • Leverage order history and customer insights to increase share of wallet
  • Promote Quill’s value proposition, offers, and pricing programs to convert opportunities into sales
  • Manage and grow an open book of business, identifying new opportunities and driving retention
  • Partner closely with account managers to share insights, trends, and customer feedback

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple sales approaches and customer scenarios
