In this role, you’ll play a critical part in reactivating dormant customers, engaging new locations within enterprise accounts, and driving revenue growth across a broad B2B customer base. What you’ll be doing:
- Make daily outbound calls to customers who have not placed an order in 7+ months to drive reactivation
- Prospect and engage new locations affiliated with large managed customer accounts
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and ensure timely, solution-oriented support
- Negotiate pricing and develop customized quotes based on customer needs
- Leverage order history and customer insights to increase share of wallet
- Promote Quill’s value proposition, offers, and pricing programs to convert opportunities into sales
- Manage and grow an open book of business, identifying new opportunities and driving retention
- Partner closely with account managers to share insights, trends, and customer feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally to expand sales into categories like furniture, technology, print, and promo
