Overview:
Lead QA / Testing Coordinator
Location: Miami, FL (Onsite 4-5 days per week)
Type: 6-12 Month Contract-to-Hire
Overview
We are seeking a Lead QA / Testing Coordinator to oversee testing efforts at a program level during a Salesforce and Oracle transition. This role is not about leading QA testers directly, but rather coordinating and managing testing across platforms, integrations, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program-level testing efforts for Salesforce and Oracle transitions.
  • Design, execute, and manage test cases (manual and automated).
  • Perform API and integration testing across Salesforce, eCommerce, and Oracle Cloud.
  • Oversee testing of customer journey workflows (browse → cart → checkout → payment → fulfillment).
  • Validate Salesforce data migration and downstream Oracle integration (billing, invoicing, GL).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
  • Manage test documentation and defect tracking using tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or HP ALM.
Required Skills
  • Strong background in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud) and/or Oracle testing.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify).
  • Knowledge of payment gateways, OMS, inventory workflows, subscription billing models, cancellations/returns, promo pricing, taxation, and global retail transactions.
  • Familiarity with ERP workflows (finance, supply chain, HR modules).
  • Experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) for data synchronization.
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and sales enablement workflows.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to lead testing at a program level.
