DH Pace Company, Inc aspires to hire a Project Coordinator in our Springfield, Mo office! This individual will ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
  • Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority, and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
  • Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Two (2) years' experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer for a construction/service company, sub-contractor, or property management firm preferred
  • Construction Management Degree preferred
  • Candidates will need to have a high attention to detail and enjoy a fast-paced work environment that is very deadline focused
  • Mechanically minded or inclined
  • Working closely with Project Managers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills
