  • Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding, with the ability to successfully pass a weld test.<\/p><\/li>

  • Experience fabricating HVAC ductwork and light-gauge sheet metal is highly preferred.<\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.<\/p><\/li>

  • Knowledge of fabrication equipment, welding processes, and hand and power tools.<\/p><\/li>

  • Strong understanding of sheet metal materials, fabrication techniques, and quality standards.<\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.<\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and operating fabrication equipment.<\/p><\/li>

  • Experience with industrial painting is a plus, and willingness to assist in multiple shop functions is preferred.<\/p><\/li>

  • OSHA 10 certification is preferred and required within 30 days of employment if not currently held.<\/p><\/li>

    • Determine material requirements and verify dimensions before fabrication.<\/p><\/li>

    • Perform general shop duties, including painting and assisting in other fabrication areas as needed.<\/p><\/li>

    • Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.<\/p><\/li>

    • Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and established safety procedures.<\/p><\/li>
