The Category Marketer owns the marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for specific Wayfinder product categories, such as travel trailers, toy haulers, lightweight trailers, adventure units, or future product lines. This role is the bridge between product, sales, customer insight, dealer feedback, and marketing execution. The job is to make sure every Wayfinder category has a clear market position, a strong customer message, competitive differentiation, and marketing assets that help the sales team win.

- RV, powersports, outdoor, automotive, marine, equipment, or durable goods experience preferred
- Sales enablement and go-to-market planning experience
- Project management and cross-functional coordination
