A project team is a group of individuals assembled to work together on a specific project, each contributing their unique skills and expertise to achieve a common goal. Project teams typically include members with various roles, such as project managers, specialists, and support staff, who collaborate on tasks, share responsibilities, and communicate effectively to meet project objectives. The composition and size of a project team can vary depending on the project's scope and requirements.
