Project Management Skills -
  • 10+ Yrs. of strong Project Manager experience is a must
  • Experience managing hardware upgrades, replacing/ managing server projects, interactions with DBAs and app owners
  • Experience managing Inventory optimization projects is a Must
  • Experience managing Infra, Conversions, Procurement will be a value add
  • Determining project scope to include deliverables, boundaries, and requirements.
  • Preparing project schedule with milestones and defining tasks
  • Managing and controlling scope changes. Facilitate impact assessments of scope change requests
  • Communicating outcomes of scope change requests. Updating project documents upon approval of all scope changes
  • Dealing with internal and external vendors for completing project task(s)
  • Generating project status and milestone reports for the projects
  • Accountable for the project budget, forecast, margin, QBR, daily/weekly meetings.
  • Setting up new process for accounts (Start to End process setup)
  • Defining the project goals and ensuring that the projects are delivered on time.
  • Co-ordinate with various support teams in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day projects
