About the Role

Were not a traditional GCand were not trying to be.RNGD is scaling fast across the Southeast, and were hiring a Project Manager in Nashville to lead ground-up and complex commercial projects with real ownership, real influence, and a team that actually collaborates.If youre a PM whos tired of red tape, slow decision-making, or being treated like a task manager instead of a leader, this is a different kind of opportunity.


What Youll Own

Youll lead projects end-to-endfrom preconstruction through closeoutwith full responsibility for:

  • Project execution: schedule, budget, quality, and safety
  • Planning & buyout: subcontractor selection, procurement, and contracts
  • Financial performance: cost tracking, forecasting, change orders
  • Client relationships: acting as the primary point of contact
  • Team leadership: partnering with field teams and mentoring emerging talent


This isnt a back-office PM role. Youll be in the field, solving problems, driving outcomes, and making decisions that matter.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contract management

  • Ability to build trust with clients, subs, and internal teams (PMP or other certifications are a plus, not a requirement)
