Job Overview:
  • The Project Support - Engineering role provides support to facilities engineering operations within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. 
  • The position involves supporting automation systems, assisting facilities technicians, driving compliance with safety and quality standards, supporting process improvements, and contributing to engineering and validation activities across the site.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Pursuing or holding a BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, BioChemical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Ability to support training and onboarding of new personnel.
  • Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Experience:

  • Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, or facilities environments preferred.
  • Experience in GMP, FDA, ISO, or regulated environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment validation preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Support facilities engineering operations across campus buildings.
  • Run automation systems and assist facilities technicians.
  • Train personnel on procedures and technical documentation.
  • Support adherence to policies, procedures, and GMP compliance.
  • Assist in identifying and escalating operational issues.
  • Communicate engineering, maintenance, and production updates effectively.
  • Support equipment and process troubleshooting activities.
