Perfection Group is seeking a results-driven Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Sales Representative to develop new business and manage client relationships in the commercial and industrial markets. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional with mechanical aptitude and a passion for providing customized HVAC solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, qualify, and secure profitable project opportunities — including retrofits, replacements, design-build, and large service projects.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

  • Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and solution presentations.

  • Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations to develop proposals.

  • Negotiate and close sales, then coordinate smooth handoffs to project teams.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related industries.

  • Understanding of mechanical systems, energy efficiency, and design-build processes.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in various stages of the sales cycle.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
