Ace Electric is hiring Project Managers to lead large-scale electrical construction projects across the U.S., with a primary focus on data center construction and other hyperscale mission-critical projects.


This role is based out of our Jackson, TN division, with flexibility to:

  • Work from Jackson with routine travel to active projects, or
  • Be embedded on-site as a Project Manager

What You’ll Own

  • Full lifecycle management of multi-million-dollar electrical projects
  • Project financials: forecasting, cost control, and profitability
  • Coordination with Superintendents to drive schedule, productivity, and execution
  • Subcontractor/vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
  • Identifying opportunities for prefabrication and operational efficiency
  • Building strong client and internal relationships
  • Developing and mentoring field and project teams

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of construction leadership experience (electrical preferred)
  • Experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
  • Strong financial and operational ownership mindset
  • Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-demand environments
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Accubid, Spectrum, Excel, or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of NEC and electrical systems
