SERVPRO is seeking an Assistant Large Loss Project Manager to help support large commercial restoration projects, including industrial losses, multi-site events, and catastrophe (CAT) response.
This role works closely with the Large Loss Project Manager to coordinate project operations, track job costs and documentation, assist with estimating and billing, and support communication between crews, clients, insurance partners, and subcontractors. The position plays a key role in keeping large restoration projects organized, compliant, and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with management of large commercial restoration projects
  • Coordinate daily activities with production teams and subcontractors
  • Track manpower, equipment, and materials across multiple work areas
  • Maintain documentation in SERVPRO systems (TM, DASH, DryBook)
  • Assist with estimate preparation, job costing, and invoicing
  • Communicate with clients, adjusters, and consultants
  • Support project meetings, site walkthroughs, and progress updates
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and SERVPRO brand requirements
Qualifications
Required

  • 2+ years experience in restoration, construction, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel
Preferred

  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT)
  • Experience with Large Loss, CAT events, or commercial restoration
  • Familiarity with SERVPRO systems (TM, DASH, DryBook)

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
