About the Role

The Project Management Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Construction Services team. This role supports project execution by assisting with contracts, change orders, invoicing, and project communications.


Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with daily project coordination

  • Support monthly billing and invoicing cycles

Qualifications
