As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning all phases of commercial construction projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role involves risk management, quality, and safety considerations. You will also be tasked with estimating, budgeting, organizing, scheduling, and implementing all assigned projects.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects.
  • Manage projects in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct risk management assessments for all projects.
  • Estimate and budget project costs.
  • Organize and schedule project timelines.
  • Implement project plans effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and team members.
Essential Skills
  • Proven project management experience with at least 2 years in the field.
  • Proficiency in project coordination and estimation.
  • Experience with Bluebeam software.
  • Familiarity with Procore software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Commercial construction experience is preferred, but residential experience will also be considered.
