Job description

Murphy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial insulation projects from planning to completion.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage insulation installation projects across multiple sites

  • Lead and supervise field teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met

  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and materials procurement

  • Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with building codes and sustainability standards

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management (insulation experience a strong plus)

  • Strong knowledge of thermal insulation materials (spray foam, fiberglass, mineral wool, etc.)

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend)

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
