Managing the complete lifecycle of software and technical projects, including planning, execution, delivery, and post-project review.
Responsabilities:
- Coordinating with clients, internal stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes
- Leading project timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery tracking
- Managing day-to-day client communication and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying project risks, blockers, and dependencies while proactively driving solutions
- Preparing and reviewing project documentation, reports, and status updates for clients and leadership
